        behave as they do. It uses everyday language
        to  help  you  comprehend and  discuss the  way
        you  see  the  world and  how  you  interact  with
        others. Founded by Mary Misciin, M.S. and Ed
        Redard,  M.S.  in 2014,  emotional  intelligence,
        improves communication  and  manages  stress
        more effectively.

        Understanding  and  communicating  your  dis-
        trict’s  financial  condition  is  essential  for  suc-
        cessful negotiations. In this session we’ll pres-
        ent concepts leveraging financial data including
        salary  and  benefits,  salary  schedules,  staffing
        ratios, student performance and more. An em-
        phasis will be put on analyzing historical trends,
        benchmarking  against  peers,  forecasting  the
        financial  impact  of  different  negotiation  out-
        comes,  and  creating  compelling  visualizations
        of that build trust and tell your story during the
        negotiation process.
