2. Pass the tag between the two loops. It should end up pointing at a
right angle to the standing section of the line. Pinch it in place with
your thumb. Pull the second loop through the first. Don’t let the tag
end stray or creep. The loop will tighten when you pull the second
loop straight above the standing part of the leader. Moisten.
3. Here’s the finished loop—now clip the tag.
