In honor of the month   of Adar, (whose  symbol is a fish)  the city of
           Chicago is instituting  fish licenses for all pet fish  owners.  All  fish
           owners   will be required  to register  their fish  and display  a front  and
           back  license  whenever  taking  their  fish  for a  walk.

           Brookfield  Zoo is pleased  to announce the birth of their first  otter
           of  the year.  In honor of the occasion  we are planning a month long
           celebration.  The curator  of the otter house, Mr. Daryavesh  ex-
           plained  the reason  for  a whole  month celebration  with the  Jewish
           saying, " mesheneechnas    OTTER    marbim b'simcha."

           We are all aware   of the dangers  of Facebook.  Do you really  know
           who   you just friended?  Are you sure  your  friends  really care where

           the financial health  of its citizens.
           Clarification:  In last night's  shiur when we said that the shul was
           a mikdash mi'at ( a small  version  of the bais hamikdash  ), we didn't
           mean   you only have to come   3 times  a year.
