5. Miscellaneous:
Marilyn Mack (Va’ad member unable to attendance this meeting) sent in issues to discuss,
including approaching other minyanim about joining to increase membership and dues
payments. Consensus was to postpone this until we have a structure. Jack agreed that we will
need to recruit members eventually. Others expressed view that people will join once the
Kehillah is functioning with a structure.

Marilyn also recommended a monthly Kiddush for Shabbat Mevorchim which all agreed is a
good idea provided we have a proper space that allows this. (Don and Peg Kristt have graciously
accommodated Kiddushim in the past.)

Marty raised the question about need to continue mandatory masking, especially when this is
no longer an official government policy. Policy could change to voluntary/optional
masking and will be discussed with Gabbai.

Daylight savings time at the end of March will require a move to early Kabbalat Shabbat tefillah
times.
