a recent project to place them in Batei Knesset. They would be grateful if we could manage
that. A KST member volunteered to follow up on this.
6. There are plans to have a KST calendar which shows minyan times for the coming year.
7. A volunteer offered to create and manage a KST website which will provide tefillah times,
updates, mazal tov announcements, etc.
8. The VAAD discussed having community activities (a Shabbaton, adult education programming,
tours etc.) We will need volunteers to propose and plan such activities.
9. The Takhanon (By Laws) has been translated into Hebrew and submitted for approval for official
Amuta status.
10. Tsedaka Fund- Rabbi Goldin agreed to develop a proposal for a KST Tsedakah fund for daily
tsedakah and other opportunities for donations and a protocol for operating the fund and
allocating Tsedakah.
11. Is the membership content? The VAAD welcomes feedback from members about how the
Kehilla is meeting needs and expectations.
