               Task 1:  Acknowledge Room Attendant’s endorsements

                          OPERATING PROCEDURES                                 STANDARD(s)

                 1. Get the Room Attendants logbook.           Logbook is placed in a consistent section of the Housekeeping
                                                               office.

                 2. Read the logbook.                          Reading the logbook is done during the start of the shift before
                                                               proceeding to the assigned rooms.

                                                               Affix  the  signature  on  each  entry  to  signify  receipt  of

               Task 2:  Participate in the daily Housekeeping briefing

                 1.  Prepare and attend to daily briefing.     Report 10 minutes before duty to attend on briefing on time.

                                                               Attend to the departmental meeting even if it falls on your rest

               Task 3:  Get the assigned rooms for cleaning

                1.  Get the Room Attendant’s Productivity Report Form from  Room number, type of cleaning, no. of guest, guest profile and
                    the Housekeeping Supervisor upon the start of duty.   room set-up request on the form is accurate.

                                                               The  data  is  taken  from  the  PMS  by  the  graveyard  Room
                                                               Attendant  and  checked  by  the  Housekeeping  Supervisor
                                                               before giving the form to the assigned RA.
