Task 4: Check, count and receive stocks in the Housekeeping cart from the Material Custodian

Task 5: Check linen quality

1. Receive the linen from the Material Custodian All linens received should be counterchecked on its quality:
If it has damage
If it has stain
If it is discolored
Linens with damage or stain shall not reach the guestroom for
set-up.
Linens brought should be quality checked before bringing to
the assigned area.
Task 6: Request additional linen and amenities from the Material Custodian
OPERATING PROCEDURES STANDARD(s)
1. Get the Material Custodian Request Slip (MCRS) MCRS is taken from the Material Custodian counter.
2. Fill up the form. The standard form is used- Material Custodian Request Slip
The Material Custodian Request Slip shall contain:
1. Quantity (physical count of the item stocked in the
cart)
2. Item description
3. Issued by/ Date/ Time
4. Received by/ Date/ Time
