STARTER KIT | HK-Room Attendant



                Deliver
                1.  Receive clean guest clothes (from laundry or pressing)
                    from  LMC.  Ensure  completed  Laundry  Charge  Slip
                    (LCS) is attached.

                2.  Note room number and guest name.

                3.  Proceed to the guestroom.

                4.  Enter guestroom door. See Guestroom Task: Entering
                    the guestroom appropriately.

                5.  Give  the  item  to  the  guest  and  ask  him/  her  to
                    acknowledge the receipt.

                6.  Ask guest if there is anything he/ she still needs.
                        -   If there is, advise guest that you will process
                           the  request  (if  applicable)  or  relay  it  to
                           concerned personnel.
                        -   Advise express assist of the guest request.
                        -   If none, do step 7 and 8.

                7.  Exit the room, gently close the door and make sure it
                    is locked.

                8.  Turnover original copy and duplicate signed laundry
                    receipt  to  Material  Custodian  for  proper  charging  to
                    guest account.  After posting, the original copy is given
                    to the Helpdesk for guest folio copy.

                9.  Inform Helpdesk on the completion of the task.



               Task 31: Report lost & found items in guest room/public area

                         OPERATING PROCEDURES                                 STANDARD(s)

                1.  Secure items left by the guest.          All found items are declared to the MC within five (5) minutes after
                                                             recovering them.
                2.  Identify  if  item  is  perishable,  non-perishable  or
                    valuable.                                L&F form is pre-numbered and accomplished in duplicate.

                3.  Call Helpdesk to check if the guest/ owner is still in the   Duplicate – MC copy
                    lobby.

                4.  Proceed to FO and endorse item to Helpdesk.   Lost and found form must be readable/ visible from outside of the
                                                             plastic.

                5.  Ensure Helpdesk has acknowledged the receipt of the  All found items are endorsed to MC for safekeeping.
