VALUE - DCI+MacINTOSH recognizes the structural design affects the initial
construction cost, project schedule, and long-term value of the project. We strive to
establish good communication with the project team to identify goals and to work
collaboratively to meet or exceed them. It’s our practice to measure value by improving a
built environment’s constructability and structural quality.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This proposal is based on the email information we received from your office. The
proposed development is a fourteen (14) story mixed use building. The proposed
building will include the following:
The lower two floors of the building will include 70,000 sf of Commercial / Retail
space and approximately 30,000 sf of parking.
A new 110-unit Hyatt Place brand hotel on the middle floors. The hotel will
include banquet space, pre-function space, a (125) seat restaurant/lounge with
bar, and a pool.
The middle and upper floors of the structure will include 150–200 apartments.
These will include 1, 2, & 3 bedroom types.
A below grade parking garage structure below the commercial and retail space
