                                     Operational Excellence Coins


                                                Congratulations  Wade Sprengeler,  Manager Fleet  Maintenance
                                                for being recognized with an Operational Excellence Director’s
                                                Coin  for  Quarter  1  by  Marc  Hackett,  Director  Ballast  Mainte-
                                                nance and Roadbed Services.




                                                        This  coin  is  being  awarded  to  Wade  for  his  commitment  to
                                                        “Excellence in All You Do”.
                                                        Wade consistently demonstrates “Customer Focus” as well as
                                                        showing up at the office on the weekends to schedule spare
                                                        parts shipments and make sure machines are ready to run for
                                                        the customer.
                                                        For his commitment to excellence, he was awarded the 2022
                                                        Quarter  Two  Director’s  Coin.    This  token  should  serve  to
                                                        remind everyone that sees it how hard work and caring about
                                                        what you do every day makes a difference.  Thank you, Wade!








          Congratulations  Ian  Fincher, Machine Operator-2,
          RG417  for  being  recognized  with  an  Operational
          Excellence  Coin  in  May  by  Zebediah  Dintelman,
          Manager, Rail Grinding!



         Ian Fincher was presented in May with a General Recognition Operational Excellence Coin. Ian is a relatively new op-
         erator on RG417 and has proven to be competent beyond his tenure.  In May, Ian stopped shy of not one, not two,
         but THREE misaligned switches in the last 6 calendar days, Ian has quickly become an operator that we can rely on.
