Operational Excellence Coins
Congratulations Wade Sprengeler, Manager Fleet Maintenance
for being recognized with an Operational Excellence Director’s
Coin for Quarter 1 by Marc Hackett, Director Ballast Mainte-
nance and Roadbed Services.
This coin is being awarded to Wade for his commitment to
“Excellence in All You Do”.
Wade consistently demonstrates “Customer Focus” as well as
showing up at the office on the weekends to schedule spare
parts shipments and make sure machines are ready to run for
the customer.
For his commitment to excellence, he was awarded the 2022
Quarter Two Director’s Coin. This token should serve to
remind everyone that sees it how hard work and caring about
what you do every day makes a difference. Thank you, Wade!
Congratulations Ian Fincher, Machine Operator-2,
RG417 for being recognized with an Operational
Excellence Coin in May by Zebediah Dintelman,
Manager, Rail Grinding!
Ian Fincher was presented in May with a General Recognition Operational Excellence Coin. Ian is a relatively new op-
erator on RG417 and has proven to be competent beyond his tenure. In May, Ian stopped shy of not one, not two,
but THREE misaligned switches in the last 6 calendar days, Ian has quickly become an operator that we can rely on.
Below are the incident summaries.
