What is the biggest challenge you face on the road and how does it affect your life? How do you deal with
it?
Great question! For me my biggest challenge is missing out on special occasions or events with my family, especial-
ly my grandkids. Also, being safe on the road. The best way that I deal with some of those challenges is either to
stay busy working occupying my time or a whole lot of FaceTime and Zoom calls so I feel like I’m there.

How do you pass time when you get a day off?
A whole lot of rest, relaxation, watching movies and going to the mall.

What’s the best advice you were given and who was it from?
Best advice I’ve been given in life was from my late father which was “to work hard and keep God first in all that
you do”.

What advice would you give a
new employee at Loram?
My advice would be to learn eve-
rything you can and be safe!

would it be?
Most definitely a good leader!
