As we wind down 2021, we would like to provide you a courtesy reminder to update your personal information. It
is important to keep this updated as we often send out important notices and emails, such as information regarding
W-2 forms.
If you need to make any changes, you are able to do so in Dayforce. For your convenience, below is a checklist to
consider.
Personal:
• Home and mailing addresses
• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
Tax and Status Withholdings:
• Marital Status
• Withholding allowances
There will be an accelerated payroll deadline in December – please watch for a communication in the coming days.
