Travel Changes Coming Soon!
Early next year, Loram’s travel program is changing. We are moving to a new travel agency,
which will provide us with new tools for booking air and hotels. Our goals for making this
change were to:
• Make better use of today’s technology
• Reduce time spent making travel arrangements
• Reduce costs
Some of the changes that you will be seeing are:
• Online booking will replace Lotus Notes
• No need to wait for travel approvals
• Supervisors are encouraged to book in advance whenever possible
• Travelers will be able to view their itineraries with a mobile app
• A new, updated Travel Policy
As we move closer to launching the new program, we will be providing further information
on what will be needed from you to ensure a smooth transition to our new provider. In
the meantime, please continue to book travel the way you have been in the past.
