12. Should the clerk turn careless, especially In writing the
evidences literally or in writing the names of the witnesses, the
Kadhls must report him to the Kadhi Tauiyez Shari; similarly if
the Kadhls turn careless in performing their duties, whether depart
mental or Shara, the clerk will report them to him.
