punished -with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two mouths, or

vnluo of tho goods (whiohovor shall bo tho greater), or with both imprisonment
and fine.
27. If any person to whom this Order applies smuggles or imports into
or exports from Bahrein any goods the importation or exportation whereof is
lawfully prohibited, ho shall bo punished with imprisonment for a torm which
may extend to one year, or with lino which may oxtond to 2,000 rupees, or a
sum equal to troblo tho vnluo of the goods (whiohovor shall be tho greater), or
with imprisonment and fine.
28. Any act which if done in British India would bo an ofienco against tho
law for tho time hoing in foi -.o in British India relating to trado-iuarks,
morchandiso marks, copyright designs, or inventions, shall, if done in Bahrein,
bo an ofionco puuishablo with imprisonment for a term which may extend to
two months, or with a fine which may extend to 1,000 rupees, or with both.
20.—(1) If any person to whom this Order applies—
(i) Publicly derides, mocks, or insults any roligion established or observed
within tho limits of this Order; or
(ii) Publicly offers insult to any roligious service, feast, or ceremony
established or kept in any place within those limits, or to any
placo of worship, tomb, or sanctuary belonging to any religion
established or observed within those limits, or belonging to the
Ministers or professors thorcof; or
(iii) Publicly and wilfully commits any act tending to bring any roligion
established or observed within thoso limits, or its ceremonies,
mode of worship, or observances, into hatred, ridicule, or contompt,
and thereby to provoke a breach of tho public pcaco;
ho shall be guilty of an ofionco, and on conviction thereof, liable to imprison
ment which may oxtond to two years, with or without a fine not exceeding
500 rupees, or lo a fine alone not exceeding 500 rupees.
(2) Tho Political Agent shall tako such precautionary measures as seem
lo him proper and expedient for tho prevention of such offences.
150. Any person being within the limits of this Order may bo proceeded
against, tried, and punished under this Order for piracy wherever committed.
21. If any person, subject to this Order, violates, or fails to observe within
tho limits of this Order, any stipulation of any Treaty between His Majesty,
11 is predecessors, heirs, or successors, and tho Sheikh of Bahroin for tho time
being in force, and applicable to such person, in respect of tho violation
whorcof any penalty is stipulated for in tho Treaty, ho shall bo deemed
guilty of an ofienco, and on conviction thereof under this Ordor shall bo liable
