                      (3) In easo of sonding or removal for any purpose other tlmn deportation,
                  tho warrant shall bo issued in duplicate, and the person executing it shall  , as
                  soon :ns practicable alitor his arrival at tho place therein named, deliver,
                  according to tho warrant, with ono of tho duplicatos of the warrant, to a
                  constable, or proper officer of police, or kcopor of a prison, or other  proper
                  authority or person there, tho porson named in tho warrant, to ho produced
                  on tho order of tho proper Court or authority thero, or to bo othorwiso dealt
                  witli according to law.
                      25. If any person to whom this Ordor applies does any of tho. following
                  things, namoly:—
                       (i)  Wilfully by act or throat obstructs any officer of or person executing any
                            proccsB of tho Court in tho porformanco of his duty ; or
                      (ii)  Within or closo to tho room or place where the Court is sitting
                            wilfully misbehaves in a violont, threatening, or disrespectful manner
                            to tho disturbance of tho Court, or to tho intimidation of suitors or
                            others resorting thcroto; or
                      (iii)  Wilfally insults any member of the Court, or any assessor, or any
                            porson acting ns a Clerk or Officer of tho Court during his sitting
                            or attendance in Court, or in his going to or returning from
                            Court; or
                      (iv)  Docs any act in relation to the Court or a Judge thorcof, or a
                            matter pending tberoin, which, if done in relation to a Superior
                            Court in England or in India, would bo punishablo as a contempt
                            of such Court, or as a libel on such Court or tho Judges thereof,
                            or tho administration of justice thoroin, such porson shall be liable
                            to bo approhended by ordor of the Court with or without warrant,
                            and, on enquiry and consideration and after the hearing of any
                            dcfenco which such person may offer, without further process or
                            trial, to bo punished with a fino not exceeding 100 rupees, or
                            with imprisonment not exceeding twenty-four hours.
                      A Minulo shall bo made and kept of every such ease of punishment,
                  rocording tho facts of tho offbneo and tho extent of the puuishmont.
                      Provided that, if tho Court thinks lit, instead of proceeding under tho
                  preceding provisions, it may direct or causo tho offender to bo tried in a separate
                  criminal prosecution or proceeding, in which tho offender shall bo liable to any
                  punishment  to which ho would be liablo if the offence were committed in
                  relation to the Court of a Sessions Judgo in India.
                      Nothing herein shall interfere with tho power of the Court to romovo or
                  exclude persons who interrupt or obstruct tho proceedings of the Court.
                      20. If any person to whom this Order applies smuggles or imports into
                   or ox ports from Bahrein any goods whorcon any duty is charged or payable to
                   tho Sheikh of Bahrein, with intent to ovade payment of tho duty, ho shall bo
