10. Among the evidence put forward by the
Bahrain Government in their memorandum is
that the pearl-fishermen of Hawar take their
pearl-fishing (account) books from Bahrain,

But, do .hey forget that those to whom they
refer as taking pearl-fishing books are

11. The Bahrain Government frankly admit

that the investigations! carried out by them,
for old cases referring to Hawar, as is
