Overall: Qianyu came across as determined, loyal. She communicated in a linear fashion and
seemed to have well thought out ideas for improving the inner workings of the City.
Conveyed a genuine passion in her work. Her team size is only three and her focus has
been more investment and portfolio management vs. the more general financial purview
the Assistant Director would need to have. Qianyu would be an interesting candidate to
