Lead the investment team to manage a fixed-income portfolio of $2 billion. Create and build a
credit analysis program. Provide credit review and monitoring to San Jose Clean Energy
counterparties. Improve trading strategies and diversify asset allocations. Monitor and modify
cash flow forecast and analysis. Analyze economic data, evaluate potential risk factors, and
compile quarterly investment review and performance reports.

Recent Achievements
• Expanded portfolio diversification, improved portfolio liquidity, and increased portfolio
earnings from 65 bps to 236 bps.
