Department Fiscal Administrator (2016 to Present)
Department Fiscal Administrator responsible for overseeing all financial operation of various
departments across the city. Responsibilities include 1) Budget preparation, monitoring, and
adjustments; 2) Revenue collection, aging reports, and write-offs; 3) Monthly and annual financial
reporting; 4) Capital project; 4) Grants management, and 5) Financial modelling for the City’s parking
system. Other responsibilities include department policy development and implementation, internal
audit review, and completing special projects for City Management and Council.

• Managed fiscal staff of 14
• Successfully prepared and managed various city department budgets for FY2017, FY2018, FY2019,
