Responsibilities include developing the City of Kerrville’s budget, managing the City's purchasing
policies and procedures, and assisting in the management of the City's funds and investments.

Key Accomplishments:

• Certified Government Finance Officer (CGFO).
• Prepared the City’s FY11, FY12 and FY13 operating and capital budget.
• Assisted in preparation of the City’s FY11 and FY12 audited financial report.
• Developed and Implemented multi-prong revenue forecasting model with over 99% accuracy.
• Developed and implemented water and sewer utility rate model.
• Played a major role in issuing more than $30 million in government debt.
• Implemented and managed the City's purchasing card (PCARD) program.
