Breakfast
Easy Peasy Breakfast Granola
It’s no secret I love granola, but store bought granola is loaded with refined sugars, cheap oils and
is so expensive! My granola is easy to make at home and is just as addicting. It’s great on plant
based yogurt, on top of smoothie bowls or on its own!
INGREDIENTS
• cups ( . g) rolled oats Makes 6 servings
• cup ( ml) maple syrup
• cup ( . g) pecans, chopped 231 calories per serving
• cup ( . g) raisins
• tbsp cinnamon Macros per serving:
• ¼ tsp salt 5g Protein 37g Carbs 5g Fat
METHOD
Preheat the oven to F and line a large baking sheet.
. Mi oats and maple syrup together, bake at F for minutes or until the oats are browned and
dry.
. Check mi ture every minutes (it can burn easily!) and make sure to mi oats around so they cook
evenly.
. Once the oats are golden brown, take them out of the oven and add cinnamon, raisins and pecans.
Adding them after the oat mi ture is baked ensures they don t burn! Let the granola cool and put it in
an airtight container. En oy as often as you want.
Note ou can add whatever chopped nuts, seeds or dried fruit you want. Anything goes! This is a dry granola that goes great on
top of smoothie bowls or vegan yogurt!
