Breakfast
Blueberry Pie Smoothie
This is my favourite post workout smoothie. The combo of vanilla and blueberries will have you
thinking you’re enjoying dessert when you are actually having a healthy breakfast!
INGREDIENTS Makes 1 large smoothie or
• frozen bananas 2 small smoothies
• cups ( g) frozen blueberries
• pitted med ool date 739 calories for 1 large smoothie
• tsp ground cinnamon
• scoop of vanilla protein powder Macros:
• cup ( ml) soy milk (or favourite non 41g Protein 108g Carbs 20g Fat
dairy milk)
• tbsp hulled hemp seeds hearts
Optional: for a cheeky treat, sprinkle the
top with granola or crushed vegan
graham crackers!
METHOD
Add everything to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or pour into an
airtight cup or glass (with a lid) and put in the fridge. Consume within hours.
