Breakfast























        Tofu Breakfast Wraps



        These wraps are a great way to start your day! Loaded with protein, and fresh veggies, they are
        easy to make and can be taken on the go. The mix of seasonings really gives it that comforting
        flavour.





        INGREDIENTS
        For veggie saute:                                                         Makes 2 large or 4 small wraps
        •   red onion, diced
        •   a green & red bell pepper, chopped                                    300 calories per burrito (based on
                                                                                  2  large servings and excluding
        •   cremini mushrooms, chopped                                            optional  toppings)
        Tofu & spice mix:
        •   block of medium or firm tofu                                           Macros per burrito:
        •   tsp sage                                                              25g Protein 32g Carbs 10g Fat
        •   tsp garlic powder
        •   tsp cumin
        •   tsp smoked paprika                                     METHOD
        •   tsp rosemary                                            . Saut  vegetables (red onion, green and red
