        METHOD

        Preheat the oven to 400 F and have a large baking sheet ready.


        1. Crumble tempeh into a medium sized bowl and mix with spices as maple syrup. Set aside.

        2. To make the pizzas, layer sauce (marinara and/or BBQ sauce) on the bottom of the tortilla. Add
        veggies and tempeh crumble and top with queso.


        3. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 F or until the tortilla is golden brown on the edges. Remove from the
        oven, cut into slices, and serve.
