METHOD
Preheat oven to F and grease or line a loaf pan. If you are cooking your french lentils from
dry, you will need to bring 1 cup dry lentils and 2 cups water to a boil. Reduce to simmer and stir
occasionally until lentils are soft and cooked through (approx. 15-20 minutes).
1. Saute veggies (carrot, celery, onion) together in a large frying pan. When the onion is translucent,
transfer to a large mixing bowl.
2. Add all the other ingredients (listed under ‘lentil mix’) to the mixing bowl with the sauteed veggies
and mix everything together well with your hands.
. Place mi ture in a loaf pan. Cover the top with bbq sauce and ketchup. Bake for mins at
350 F. Remove and let cool before cutting!
