The Pelican Story
"Would you like to hear our story?" Everyone nodded
and smiled. And the huge bird began speaking.
A marvellous bird is the pelican.
His beak can hold more than his bellican.
He can hold in his beak
enough food for a week
Now don't you just think that it's swellican?
That is my humorous introduction. My name is William,
but you can call me Big Bill. Another joke, ahem. And
now for the story of the white pelicans.
