•  The program should  have sufficient and independent financial  funding  to achieve its

                    mission and objectives.

                •  Encourage faculty members  to  publish more research articles to impacted journals and
                    international conferences.

                •  More support  for  faculty, staff, and students' engagement in the  planning,  quality

                    assurance,  and decision-making  processes, which is reflected in  the program's learning
                    outcomes.

                •  More intellectual property rights legislation should be activated to protect the rights of

                    writers and owners of ideas in Mechanical engineering program.

                Action recommendations:

                •  Updating the website to provide  reliable  and publicly  disclosed  information  to the

                    community about the program description, performance, and achievements that meet the

                    stakeholders’ needs. (Action Annex S1.a).
                •  The recruitment faculty members (professors  and associate professor) to reduce the

                    student-to-faculty ratio and achieve the desired benchmark of 13:1.  (Action Annex S1.b).

                •  Re-external benchmarking of  KPIs  with academic programs,  rather than institutional

                    comparison. (Action Annex S1.c).
                •  Activating more a long-term community partnership long term plan to show its role and

                    clearly evaluate  the achievement of  the related KPIs by providing internal and  external

                    benchmarks comparison analysis.
                •  Activating plagiarism policy to cover detection methods and consequences of plagiarism

                    for research and student assessment.
