community has  access to a vast array of academic materials. Additionally,  they  ensure  that

            essential programs for  therapists  and beneficiaries  are readily  accessible while  maintaining the

            highest quality standards. Moreover, they vigilantly safeguard the libraries' resources from any
            form of propaganda infiltration (guide to the General Administration of Library Affairs ( Annex S5-

            1-3.)

            To streamline the process of requesting printed or electronic references, the Deanship of Libraries
            has implemented a user-friendly online system. Faculty members, researchers, and students can

            easily access pre-prepared  request forms through  the Deanship's  website.(available at

            (https://bu.edu.sa/web/general-administration-of-libraries-affairs/forms).

             An example of following up on the department's needs from the references that to which the

            faculty  has been directed is declared in  (Annex S5-1-4)
            Hall numbers for all Faculty of Engineering student rooms, which serve all Faculty departments,

            including the Mechanical Engineering  Department, and  the capacity of each, can be  found in

            (Annex S5-1-5). The halls undergo continuous maintenance to ensure a comfortable and safe living
            environment for students. An example of the Faculty's efforts to address maintenance needs for

            the halls and facilities of the Faculty of Engineering is provided in (Annex S5-1-7).

            The internet services are available across the buildings with good technical support from the IT

            services as expressed in surveys. (Annex S5-1-8).

            Al-Baha University implements comprehensive policies to effectively manage learning resources
            and counseling services, ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed in their

            academic  endeavors. These  policies and procedures govern  the  provision of learning  resources

            and services, including counseling for new students, monitoring student progress, and providing
            access to various learning materials.

            The services  of guidance on academic advising-  admission and registration and  guidance on

            academic advising for university students are available in (Annex S5-1-9).

            University student counselors and other staff members are dedicated to providing students with

            comprehensive academic guidance and support. Student counseling services are systematically
            implemented to assist students in  their academic journey,  ensuring their smooth progress and

            personal development. The department forms subcommittees, including the Academic Advising

            Committee (the scientific Department council No. 2 dated 16\02\1444 in item No. 3 (Annex S5-1-
