improvement plan. The report was approved by the Scientific Department council No. 3 dated
1\3\1444 in item No. 6 (Annex S5-1-11 ) .The scientific Department also distributed guidance
students to faculty members (Annex S5-1-12), and the distribution were approved by the scientific
Department council No. 4 dated 22\3\1444 in item No. 2 (Annex S5-1-13). Surveying students’
opinions regarding registration and academic, psychological, and career guidance 4.23 (Annex
S5-1-14).
A list of the department's laboratories and workshops that serve the Mechanical Engineering
Department and a reports on its current status can be found in (Annex S5-1 -15) which discussed
in minutes of the scientific Department council No.23 dated 10\12\1444 in item No.4, (AnnexS5-1-
16.) . The Department of Mechanical Engineering uses computer laboratories of the computer
engineering department to teach courses in which practical required computers. The services
must be evaluated and should be improved in response to systematic feedback from teaching staff
and students. Results of the surveys can be found in (Annex S5-1-17.)
Al-Baha University Medical Center provides health services to faculty members and their families.

To ensure an inclusive and welcoming environment for all, Al Baha University has implemented
comprehensive accessibility measures for staff, employees, or visitors with special needs. General
measures for staff, employee or visitors with special need are provided including the following:
• Ramp Access: All building entrances are equipped with ramps and flat sideways, providing easy
access for those with mobility challenges.
• Accessible Elevators: Spacious elevators are readily available for both able-bodied individuals and
those with special needs, ensuring safe and comfortable transportation between floors.
• Wide Corridors: Ample-width corridors connect various facilities within the building, allowing for
smooth and unobstructed movement for individuals with special needs.
