• Dedicated Bathrooms: Each facility has designated bathrooms specifically designed to
accommodate the needs of individuals with special needs.
• These accessibility measures are continuously reviewed and updated to ensure that the university
remains a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
The report on the results of student surveys showed that the percentage of satisfaction with
learning resources was 4.29/5 (Annex S5-1-20).
5-0-2 The teaching staff, students, and employees of the program have the appropriate
orientation and technical training and support for the effective use of resources and means of
learning.
Department of Faculty's Skills Development conducts training programs to improve the efficiency
and capabilities of faculty members. These programs include orientation programs on technical
training and support for the effective use of resources for faculty members. An example of this is a
statement of the programs attended by faculty members in an (Annex S5-2-1). Students are also
given practical field training to acquire practical skills on the job sites. Directing students to
summer training in production sites as shown in (Annex S5-2-2). Students and employee
questionnaires also show the extent of satisfaction with the general and technical services
provided, as shown in (Annex S5-2-3) and (Annex S5-2-4 ) for students, and (Annex S5-2-5) for
employees. Faculty member questionnaire show the extent of satisfaction About research facilities
and equipment (Annex S5-2-6). In addition, items KPI-P-17 and KPI-P-19 of the standards adopted
by the Mechanical Engineering Program, distributions, and numbers of the corresponding KPIs
(Annex S5-2-7), page No. 38, 42. The rate of satisfaction of beneficiaries with learning resources is
excellent; the rate in academic year 2022-2023 (3.9) which is higher than to the target benchmark
(3.6). In addition, according to KPI-P-17 the value of present KPI is found to slightly decreased
compared with previous year 2021-2022. Whereas, The rate of satisfaction of beneficiaries with
technical services is very good. The rate in 2022-2023 (3.61 on a 5-point scale) is less than to the
target benchmark (3.73) as presented in Table S5-2-1.
