• According to the KPI-P-19 analysis the rate of satisfaction of beneficiaries with technical
services is very good. The rate in 2022-2023 (3.61 on a 5-point scale) is less than the target
benchmark (3.73) and better than the achievement level of the external benchmark
provider Taif University (3.33).
• Quality assurance is the establishment and development of learning resource procedures.
• The library and other learning resources and services are available and accessible for
sufficient and extended hours.
• The accessibility for the electronic baseline data, researches and the periodicals related to
the program are facilitated.
• Technical supervision of lecture halls and classrooms.
• Develop an appropriate mechanism to activate e-learning as an important educational
resource that is created according to strategies, performance indicators and references.
Areas and priorities for Improvement :
In this section, we delve into the areas and priorities for improvement. These aspects can be
summarized as follows:
• Providing more and regular training on the use of library resources.
• Encouraging students to find access to the library and be better familiarized with the
effective use of digital resources.
• Providing better access to copy and print facilities.
• Teaching staff and students should be further encouraged to participate in the user survey,
which deals with the requirements for teaching and learning.
• Encourage teaching staff to attend training in order to develop skills necessary to utilize
electronic educational resources and enable them to provide regular feedback on materials
required for teaching and learning.
• There must be evaluation processes that include gathering information about library and
other learning resources used.
• Providing sufficient educational resources such as textbooks, periodicals, references, and
computers to meet the requirements of the program and courses.
