“We are going to have to surren-” A colonist

shouted but he was cut off.

A sudden cry came from behind the colonists.

There was a split second where all the fire stopped, as

both sides held their fire, wondrous about what the cry

was. About 300 colonists charged toward the battle,

armed with muskets and flintlocks.

The colonists gave a triumphant cry as the

shooting was being exchanged again.

Meanwhile, Captain Thomas came up with an

idea. “You just wait here with Al, Bernard.” He then ran

to Hugh’s shoe shop.

Hugh and the colonists began to win the battle
