The Aftermath

Narration told by Tators Jones

The colonists had quite the hassle putting out the

fire in the tall grass! They filled up the buckets, cleaned

themselves with water and dumped it on the fire.

Eventually they managed to control the blaze. They had

removed the Indian who had been caught ablaze and

disposed of the body. They got to work on repairs and

only 2 buildings had been burnt down, but most others

were riddled with musket bullets and were on the verge

of collapse. William stood up on a tree stump.

“MEN! Gather round!” he yelled. “We are in a

state of disarray! Our buildings are collapsing, and many

men are dead.” “This may seem bad, but I doubt those

indians will return anytime soon. That leaves only one

thing to do…” He said. “REBUILD!”
