          FALL REACH OUT

          SEMINARS




        Reach Out for Nonprofits wound up the year with two seminars to help
        inform nonprofit leaders and the attorneys who advise them. On Oct.
        24 a panel of experts including Faith Noble (CFO for Ideastream), Herzl
        Ginsburg  (auditor/accountant  with  Ciuni  &  Panichi),  and  Susan  Krantz
        (CPA with Zinner & Co .) shared their knowledge and experience in
        nonprofit money matters. On Nov. 7, attorneys gathered at the Bar for
        a special thank-you to Reach Out volunteers: a free CLE on the ethics
        of serving on a board, presented by William Sieck of the Charitable Law
        division of the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.

                                                              A big crowd packed the room for our presenation of Be Well!
                                                              The Great Age Reboot featuring the Cleveland Clinic’s Dr . Mike
                                                              Roizen on November 13th . Dr . Roizen is nationally known for
                                                              his lessons  about nutrition, brain and  eye  health,  and  feeling
                                                              younger . We heard from a few members who felt younger just
                                                              by being there!
