New to the CSC procurement team
MIL CSC is pleased to announce that our procurement team added Latoiya Johnson to the
group as a Buyer and Candice Menard as a Vendor Liaison. Latoiya brings extensive knowledge
regarding international procurement, supply chain management, and the Federal Acquisition
Regulation from her 14 years of procurement experience. Latoiya and her enthusiasm will be a
terrific addition to the team.
After joining the team late in 2022, Candice quickly became an integral part of the team. Her
previous nine years of experience in the healthcare field provides a unique and impactful
perspective, including her extensive customer service training that continues to bolster our
vendor relationships.

MIL’s recruiting team is a 7-person, fine-tuned operation with the awesome responsibility of finding world-class talent for MIL.
Led by AVP Isabelle Ardelean and Team Lead Susan Beall, MIL’s recruiting team works diligently to meet the needs of MIL’s
contracts and corporate support infrastructure. We know they work hard and get results, but let’s pull back the curtain a bit and
learn a little bit more about them.
Isabelle Ardelean, AVP. Along with providing leadership to the team, Isabelle manages
the execution of MIL’s hiring process with a focus on increasing the company’s interview-to-
hire efficiency. Isabelle has been instrumental in updating the company’s recruiting process
to incorporate new industry best practices into the company’s tried and true recruiting and
retention methods while being an individual contributor. Isabelle brings 20 years of experience
in global talent acquisition with a passion for developing and maintaining relationships. Over
the subsequent years, she has demonstrated her leadership acumen, expanding her support to
all business areas as MIL’s recruiting needs have expanded.
