Each year, MIL launches this survey to gather your feedback on our company culture and engagement. The survey captures
your thoughts and ideas on how we can continue to Make the Difference – the results provide us with an actionable set of data
that we incorporate into our annual strategic plan. Your voice matters so make sure to complete the survey that is launching
this November!
MIL is a GitLab Channel partner

MIL is now a GitLab Channel Partner. GitLab is a software package designed to help users develop, secure, and operate software
from a single DevOps application. GitLab Channel Partners are able to resell licenses to end-users or purchase licenses on
behalf of end-users. Channel Partners can also deploy, integrate, optimize, train, and deliver other DevOps services to GitLab
customers.

MIL is a Top Workplace

We are so pleased to announce our recognition as a Top Workplace by The Washington Post for
the Washington, D.C. area. Receiving the 2022 honor marks the sixth year in-a-row! And this
year, we ranked 10th in the large company group! MIL also received the Top Workplace honor
nationally (USA) and ranked 7th among large businesses for the state of South Carolina this
calendar year.
MIL celebrated being at the top of our game by giving MIL employees the chance to attend one!
Employees in the DC area had the opportunity to enjoy a Nationals game and employees in the
Charleston area went to a Battery match. Thank you for helping MIL reach our goals, hit home
runs, and continue to Make the Difference.

Charleston Battery match

MIL Charleston enjoyed a night out to watch the Charleston Battery soccer team beat the New York Red Bulls on September
3rd. Employees and their guests were treated to the VIP Suite Box, which is a creative, two-story shipping container with
a bar, tables, fans, outdoor shaded seating, and catering from Home Team Barbeque. MIL fans watched the match with an
unobstructed view from the top level or the field level chairs at the goal box for a close-up view of the action.
