MIL’s Kyle Brooks presents talk on RPA at DoS

On June 14th, 2022, MIL Senior AVP Kyle Brooks presented a talk on the U.S. Department of State’s
Bureau of the Comptroller and Global Financial Services (CGFS) robotic process automation (RPA)
and intelligent automation programs. Kyle was asked to present this topic on behalf of CGFS to a
Department-wide audience as part of the School of Applied Information Technology. Over the past four
years, Kyle has been leading the effort to establish and develop a robust automation program at CGFS.
Kyle’s session provided an overview of the Department’s automation program and described the
technologies used, offered demonstrations of real life scenarios, and discussed best practices for a
                             startup RPA program.
Remarking on the opportunity to discuss RPA and MIL’s capabilities to a wider audience, Kyle noted "it’s important for MIL
to continue to lead the way at DoS in the intelligent automation space. Opportunities to showcase our work and share our
knowledge are valuable to both MIL and the State Department, as are the robust solutions we provide."
