Item: I give and bequeath unto my son Henry R. Foy six negroes, namely,
                       Dick and Nanny his wife and their children, Jim, Lucy, Anthony & Morris,
                       also the tract of land I bought from James Green containing six hundred
                       and forty acres more     or less on   Harrison    creek,  also the cattle and hogs
                       belonging thereto, also two beds and furniture, one large table, six chairs,
                       and kitchen furniture and plantation tools, together with one sorrel horse
                       and one mare, I give to my son, Henry R. Foy, to him, his heirs and ensigns
                       forever.


                       Item: I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Eliza Shepherd, four negroes,
                       namely, Ephriam, Maria, Mary, Edmond; I also give her three hundred fifty
                       dollars out of the sales of my estate, one bed and furniture, one gray mare,
                       three cows and calves, to her, he heirs and ensigns forever.


                       Item: It is my will and desire that Poldose, Marion, Zephy and Robin, be sold
                       on a credit of twelve months, drawing interest after six months.


                       Item: I give unto my daughter, Fanny, two negroes namely Cindy and Abel,
                       one bed and furniture, to her, her heirs and assogns forever.


                       Item: My will and desire is that all my negroes that are not included in the
                       above gifts, be equally divided between my four youngist children, William,
                       Fanny, Hiram, and Joseph Foy, as they come of age or marry off.


                       Item  It is my will and desire that all the remainder of my land not given
                       away, to be equally divided between my three youngest sons, Hiram, William,
                       and Joseph Foy, after my wife’s deceased, and if either of them dies, for it
                       to go to the other surviving two.


                       Item: It is my will and desire that the money arising from the sale of the
                       negroes   be  equally  divided   between    my  four  youngest    children,   Hiram,
                       Fanny, William and Joseph Foy,


                       Item: It is further my will and desire that all the remaininder of my property
                       that’s not hitherto given away be sold and equally divided (after taking the
                       above lega---- of three hundred and fifty dollars and for my daughter Eliza
                       Shepherd) between my wife         and four youngest      children,  Hiram, Fanny,
                       William and Joseph Foy, and the before mentioned property, to them and
