484 A four-case inrô. Around 1800
Displaying a jumping and a recumbent shishi in high ta-
kamaki-e on a red lacquer ground with very fine kirikane.
The eyes of glass. Fundame to the inside. Small pinkish
stone ojime and wood netsuke of a shishi.

485 A four-case inrô. Early 19th century
Displaying on one side the pavilion built out into Lake
Biwa at Katada and on the other side the bridge at Seta
in takamaki-e, hiramaki-e, aogai, gold-foil and kirikane on
a black lacquer ground with a little nashiji. Nashiji and
fundame to the inside. Small chip and restoration to the
gold-foil. Small stone ojime and modern wood netsuke of
a cockerel, signed.
