finger citron fruit with eight tapering ‘fingers’ issuing from a leafy
branch standing on four slender feet, wood stand.

A bronze incense burner and cover, fang ding
16th/early 17th century
The heavily-cast archaistic rectangular vessel surmounted by a pair
of upright loop handles, standing on four curving legs, each side
cast with a pair of confronted stylised dragons divided by vertical
notched flanges, the cover pierced with trigrams on the sides, with a
crouching Buddhist lion gripping a brocade ball as the finial.
