A gilt-bronze Buddhist deity figure on a ram
18th/19th century
The broad-shouldered figure seated squarely on the back of a
prancing ram, the right hand held aloft and the left in vitarka mudra,
the torso embellished with beaded jewellery strands and the face
surmounted by a five-peaked Buddhist crown, gilt bronze stand.
Overall 11.5cm (4½in) high (2).
