A BAMBOO BRUSH POT AND A GOURD BRUSH
POT, BITONG
19TH-20TH CENTURY
The bamboo brush pot is carved with fgures beside a pavilion
in a mountainous landscape, applied with later hongmu
mounts. The gourd brush pot is of cylindrical form and
carved with a lone fgure on a bridge beside a large pine tree,
surrounded by a mountainous landscape, with a Daoguang
mark to the base.
