Inlaid on the dark turquoise ground with
elaborate meanders of leafy lotus variously
decorated in iron-red, yellow, white and
green enamels on the large wide drip-pans,
baluster stands and high domed bases.

flowering lotus stems and pods issuing from
foaming waves on a ripple-effect ground, the
neck decorated with formal lotus heads and
scrolling foliage, encircled with an applied gilt
