Below the Fill Settings section are the Output Settings. Here, you simply decide what you want to happen when you’re done. Do you want this fix applied
directly to the image layer we’ve been working on (you’d choose Current Layer from the Output To pop-up menu); do you want these changes to appear on
their own separate layer above the image (choose New Layer); or do you want to create a new duplicate of your layer, but with the changes applied directly
to this duplicate (choose Duplicate Layer)? Which one is the right choice? There isn’t a “right choice.” It’s totally up to you (I just apply mine directly to
the current layer, just like you would using regular Content-Aware Fill, but that’s just me).
