Teacher-Librarian Learning Package is a stand-alone learning package that provides learning
modules related to the work of a librarian, resource processing and resource center information

services. Overall, this system is a learning aid that aims to train and expose teachers to becoming
a good librarian. Using computer-assisted learning concepts equipped with multimedia elements,
the system was developed to make learning and training activities more interesting and effective.

In addition, the system also supports self-learning with fast feedback. Users can learn on their
own using modules designed and programmed into computers and they can control their own

learning process based on their own comprehension ability. The package is able to capture the
attention and interest of its users as opposed to a manual or traditional learning approach through
lectures and printed materials such as books and notes that involve one-way interaction. With the

availability of this Teacher-Librarian Learning Package, it is hoped that teachers assigned to
librarians or resource center teachers can take advantage of this package as a guide and in helping
them manage the resource center.
