A study was conducted from October to December 2016 in response to services and facilities provided at
the Tunku Tun Aminah Library (PTTA), Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia University (UTHM). The objective

of the study was to assess the extent to which consumers' satisfaction with the services and facilities
provided by the library meet the current educational environment. The scope of the study is divided into
three (3) areas namely library services, library facilities and accessibility of collections available at the

library. The study form was formulated and distributed online and the respondents were in the library area
only. A total of 385 respondents were involved in this study and data were analyzed using SPSS software.

The results of the study are presented in the top management of PTTA libraries to serve as inputs for
improving library services and to be shared with other libraries in Malaysia for reference.
