This chapter offers a summary of the main aspects of the the inquiry, the key conclusions, their
practical consequences and further research proposals are discussed in brief. The various phases
of the investigation, such as problem formulation, variables collection, goals and theories,

methods used, are viewed retrospectively. As stated earlier, the purpose of the investigation was
to examine the extent of Work Life Quality and Occupational Stress among library professionals

in Kerala and identify the correlates of those variables. The study problem was stated as' Quality
of Work Life and Occupational Stress among Kerala Bibliotheca professionals.
