Article ที่จะขอข้อมูลเกยวกับกิจการต่างๆ ของบริษัท ในกรณีที่ผู้ถือหนที่เปนนิติบคคลรายใดร้องขอ
ต่อบริษัทคณะกรรมการจะต้องจัดเตรียมเอกสารดังต่อไปนี้ ให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้นรายดังกลาว

Information to Shareholders Without in any way restricting any shareholder’s right
under applicable law to request information concerning the affairs of the Company,

upon the request of any corporate shareholder, the Board of Directors shall provide
corporate shareholders with the following:

(1) จัดเตรียมงบก าไรขาดทุน งบกระแสเงินสด และงบดุลที่ได้รับการตรวจสอบแลว
ณ วันสิ้นสดปการเงนแต่ละป ภายในเกาสบเอ็ด (91) วันนับจากวันสนสดปการเงนแต่ละป ี

An audited profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet as
at the last day of such fiscal year to the corporate shareholder within ninety-one
(91) days after the end of each fiscal year;
(2) จัดเตรียมงบการเงินประจ าปีของบริษัทที่ได้รับการตรวจสอบแล้วโดยผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี

ภายในหกสิบ (60) วันนับจากวันสิ้นสุดปีการเงินแต่ละปีของบริษัท รวมทั้งงบการเงน

ประจ าไตรมาส ที่ได้รับการสอบทานแล้วโดยผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีภายในสี่สิบห้า (45) วัน

นับจากวันสิ้นสุดไตรมาสแต่ละไตรมาสบญชีของบริษัท

The annual Financial Statements of the Company as audited by the auditor to
the corporate shareholders within sixty (60) days from the end of each fiscal year

of the Company, and the quarterly financial statement as reviewed by the

auditor to the corporate shareholders within forty-five (45) days from the end of
each fiscal quarter of the Company.

ข้อ 60 ภาษาที่ใช้ส าหรับสมุดและบัญชีต่างๆ สมุดและบัญชีต่างๆ ของบริษัทจะต้องเก็บไว้

Article เป็นภาษาไทย และจะต้องเก็บรักษาไว้ตามข้อปฏิบัติและขั้นตอนทางการบัญชีที่ได้รับ

การยอมรับโดยทั่วไปในประเทศไทย

Language of Books and Accounts The Company’s books and accounts shall be kept
in Thai and shall be maintained according to accounting practices and procedures

generally acceptable in Thailand.
