To consider and approve the appropriation of profits and distribution of dividends;
(4) พิจารณาเลือกตั้งกรรมการใหม่แทนกรรมการที่พ้นจากต าแหน่งตามวาระ และก าหนด
ค่าตอบแทนกรรมการ
To appoint new Directors to replace the Directors who have retired from office
upon the expiration of the term of office and to fix the Directors’ remuneration;
(5) พิจารณาแต่งตั้งผู้สอบบญชี และก าหนดจ านวนเงินค่าสอบบญชี
